Performance & Capability

All Trax models come standard with a 1.2-liter turbocharged I3 engine that produces 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The Trax has a standard EPA-estimated fuel economy of 28 miles per gallon in the city and 32 miles per gallon on the highway.

Technology

The Trax comes standard with an eight-inch infotainment touchscreen display. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ let you connect your smartphone to the infotainment system. Four speakers come standard, but you can upgrade to a six-speaker setup if you want. A standard Wi-Fi hotspot lets you and your passengers stay connected to the internet when you are on the go.

The Trax also comes standard with a suite of safety features, including forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and automatic high beams.

Interior & Exterior Features

The exterior of the Trax gets a significant exterior makeover. The grille is larger and the frame more muscular than on the 2022 model. The headlights are now sleeker as well. Inside the cabin, the you can opt for available features like heated front seats, a heated flat-bottom steering wheel, and automatic climate control.
